Write a ReviewI started a home renovation project that turned into a nightmare. The construction company I hired did not complete the job and left the home down to the studs with the windows boarded up. But that’s another story. I needed to sell the home but couldn’t get nearly what I needed for it because of the condition. I needed an investor realtor, someone who knew about investing, construction, and how to navigate a sale to an investor. Dom was exactly that person. Our first buyer couldn’t close, but Dom had a backup buyer ready to go. We were informed by the buyers that we had squatters in the house. I live about 45 minutes away, so Dom met the cops at my house and secured the house for me. Communication is everything, and Dom kept me up to speed on the entire process. Dom did whatever it took and worked his butt off to make sure it all went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. Thank you, Dom! Jack

I recently had Angie and Dom list my home. They gave great feedback on how to maximize the potential for getting my house ready to sell. Dominic and his team did a superb job selling my Mom's house after her passing, getting my brother a place, and then selling my mother-in-law's house four months later. It was rough times for us, but What's Next Realty made it easy and uncomplicated. I would refer them to anyone, anytime!

We worked with Angie and Dominic to help us buy our first home. All I can say is wow! They were absolutely professional and worked so hard to help my husband and I purchase our first home.
